Our responsibilities as parents are many, but there are a few specific duties that we have as fathers.
For our sons, we need to show them how to get out of a headlock and throw a roundhouse. We need to teach them how to change a flat tire, tie a hook and properly hock a loogie. We need to show them how to drive stick-shift, respect women and be aware of jimmy hats.
For our daughters, we need to be a positive male influence in their lives, threaten to castrate their prom dates, keep purses stocked with Mace, walk them down the aisle and most importantly, keep them off the pole.
HAPPY FATHER’S DAY to all the dads out there, keep it up, you’re doing great!

Love this post! With two daughters, my husband often mentions that an important responsibility as a dad is ‘to keep them off the pole.’ Adorable pic.
Happy Father’s Day!

Great post Adrian. I think as long as she doesn’t spin on it, you can still consider yourself in the clear….for the moment.
