Must haves:
2+ years of experience leading group fitness classes—any type, any style, we love it all!
A love for movement, Pilates, the MNT brand, and motivating others to feel their best!
A desire to teach Pilates classes that are athletic, creative, and full of energy, all while keeping things grounded in the classic principles of alignment, precision, and flow—whether you're already a pro or ready to dive into the world of Pilates!
Willingness to receive coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring
Available to teach early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
Must be available to teach at least 6 classes per week
Punctual, reliable, team player, enthusiastic, and personable
Bonus Points:
You’ve got a Reformer certification under your belt
What you’ll do:
Lead group Reformer classes and private sessions, all in the MNT style!
