Job Description
We’re looking for high‐energy, professional bartenders who thrive in a fast‐paced nightclub environment. Our ideal candidate delivers exceptional guest service, works efficiently under pressure, and maintains a polished, positive presence behind the bar. You’ll be responsible for crafting drinks quickly and accurately, engaging with guests, and supporting a smooth, compliant operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide fast, friendly, and consistent service to all guests
• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and beer service with accuracy and speed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Check IDs and follow all NM liquor laws and casino policies
• Work as a team with bartenders, barbacks, and security to ensure a safe, fun environment
• Restock product, ice, and supplies as needed
• Communicate professionally with guests and staff
• Uphold venue standards for appearance, service, and guest experience
Qualifications
• Previous bartending experience preferred (nightclub or high‐volume environment a plus)
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain all required certifications
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and strong teamwork
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
