Pachuta & Kammerman is an established immigration firm with offices in the DC area, Denver, Colorado, and Charlotte, North Carolina. We are looking to add an experienced immigration attorney based in Denver but open to occasional travel to the DC area to handle in-person hearings. *The Position*

We are searching for a new attorney to handle a variety of immigration matters, including removal defense in the immigration court and cases before the USCIS.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Demonstrated interest in and experience with immigration law
* Active admission to any state bar, with a preference for the Colorado bar or ability to waive in

Responsibilities include:

* Independently managing a caseload and calendar of court appearances and filing deadlines
* Understanding and complying with all deadlines and other requirements as dictated by court practice manuals or case scheduling orders
* Preparing and filing motions and memoranda of law
* Representing clients before immigration and state courts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
