Carbon Ridge Equestrian in New Hope, PA is looking for one farm assistant manager to join our team. We are located on New Hope, PA 18938. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. There will be days where individual may work on its own, or with a team mate. May have to pick up slack. It is farm work, days will be hard, or harder. We have a small amount of animals (6 horses), but this may change in the future.
Must take direction well and be flexible with changes. This is no common farm, we pride in keeping a good vibe despite the expected constant changes and needs that come; individual must be able to keep up without pointing fingers or being defiant. We have zero tolerance for drama.
Part-time. Must work 1 week-end day.

A typical day will include feeding animals, turnout, grooming, stall / paddock cleaning, and facility maintenance (dusting, wood treatment...), arena dragging, raking etc.
