We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our client in Philadelphia. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in brand development, digital marketing, and communications strategy, particularly within law firm/legal services industry. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, optimizing marketing operations, and implementing innovative strategies to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and align with organizational goals.

• Lead the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid search, and paid social initiatives.

• Manage brand development and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

• Implement effective marketing automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and deliver measurable results.

• Build and execute a robust content strategy that supports business growth and engages target audiences.

• Drive social media marketing efforts to expand reach and foster meaningful engagement.

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the detail-oriented services or law firm industry.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, paid search, and social media advertising.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing brand strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing practices and trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
