L&M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction, and heavy industrial industries. We are looking for a motivated individual looking to learn and expand their skills and knowledge to join our Warehouse team. This position works directly with many departments throughout the company including but not limited to Shipping and Receiving, Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Production Engineering. Outside of L&M's team in-house, this position works directly with outside vendors and delivery personnel.
As a member of the Warehouse Department, you will be responsible for expediting orders to shop and maintaining inventory control. This role supports both office personnel as well as the production floor by receiving, inspecting, and directing materials as they come in while communicating with the necessary parties. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. This shift is Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm to 6:00am. OT is possible depending on production needs. This position offers $1/hr. shift differential pay when clocked into midnight hours.

The hourly range for this role is between $21.00 - $28.50. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
