We are seeking an experienced remote recruiter for allied health travel professionals to join our team as an independent contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled recruiter who thrives in a remote work environment and is passionate about finding top talent to support our company's growth.

As a remote recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to join our organization. You will work remotely, connecting with candidates through various online channels, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment life cycle. Your goal is to source and engage candidates who not only meet the healthcare professional requirements but also align with our company's culture and values.

A remote recruiter in the field of Allied Health is responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for various healthcare and allied health positions. Allied Health refers to a broad category of healthcare professionals who work alongside doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals to provide essential support and services. This could include roles such as medical laboratory technicians, radiologic technologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, and more.

The independent contractor will have the flexibility to set their ideal working hours and run their desk as they see fit, however, should be accessible in the event their candidate is selected by the client to move forward through the interviewing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline of qualified allied health professionals

Screening and Evaluation:

  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with client requirements
  • Verify credentials, licenses, and certifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Client Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements for allied health positions
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment progress and candidate selection

Job Posting and Marketing:

  • Create compelling job postings and descriptions to attract qualified candidates
  • Utilize marketing and branding strategies to promote open positions and attract top talent

Interview Coordination:

  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
  • Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the interview process

Offer Negotiation:

  • Assist in salary negotiations and facilitate the offer acceptance process

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with industry regulations and standards
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or allied health field
  • Knowledge of allied health professions, qualifications, and certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a remote environment
