About the role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our organic and paid social strategy. You will play a key role in shaping Vive Healths online presence, building an engaged community, and driving brand awareness across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Working closely with the founder and creative team, youll bring our mission of mobility, recovery, and independence to life through social storytelling.

You are strategic and highly creative , with a strong understanding of social media growth and analytics. You bring a mix of visual storytelling expertise and analytical insight to optimize engagement and conversions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy experimenting with new trends, and are passionate about health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a consistent content strategy aligned with brand goals
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, Reels, and Stories across platforms
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice and posting
  • Analyze social performance and provide actionable insights for growth
  • Collaborate with the creative team on photos, videos, and ad campaigns
  • Research trends, competitors, and emerging social formats
  • Engage with followers and manage community interactions
  • Support paid ad campaigns and report on performance (Meta Ads experience a plus)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing brand social media accounts (portfolio required)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies
  • Excellent writing, visual storytelling, and editing skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics and brand tone
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time (on-site) in Naples, Florida - This is not a remote position! We offer a Relocation Bonus to help with the relocation expenses.
