What You'll Bring Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities, committed to delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally, friendly, and confidently via video and audio tools. What You Need Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria (must have or be willing to obtain). Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. What You Will Do Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers in understandable language. This is a virtual, customer-facing role requiring interaction via video communication software and accurate documentation of interactions.
