Location This position is full time in Chattanooga, TN, in the heart of the industrial area that keeps Adorama, an employer of choice, for all staff levels at this facility. The Chattanooga facility is the company's largest at 230,000 square feet!
Job Summary Product Photography - Adorama is seeking a Product Photography Specialist to join our dynamic and creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for photography, exceptional attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics. As a Product Photography Specialist, you will play a critical role in capturing high-quality images of our products, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light on our e-commerce platform.
Who is on the team? This position will be on a team of 30+ associates. The individual in this position report to the Operations Manager.
What will you do?- Capture stunning, high-resolution images of a wide range of photography and electronics products, including cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories.
- Maintain and organize the photography studio, including lighting equipment, backdrops, and props, to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure that product images are optimized for online listings and marketing materials.
- Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of photography equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks on images to maintain consistency and accuracy in product representation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to continually improve the quality and efficiency of product photography processes.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively document work.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong visual attention to detail, an eye for consistency, and able to manipulate lighting gear.
- Intermediate knowledge of studio lighting systems and techniques (Strobes or consistent)
- Be comfortable using Canon or Nikon DSLR camera systems.
- Proven experience in product photography, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in photography equipment, including DSLR cameras, studio lighting, and accessories.
- Strong photo editing skills, using software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
- Knowledge of e-commerce photography best practices and image optimization.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of composition and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Photography or related degree is a plus.
