About Willow Street Pictures

We are an upscale photography portrait studio that specializes in fine art family and pet portraits. In addition to our studio work, we provide exclusive art displays for select businesses as part of our branding strategy. From artwork curation to installation, we believe in creating unforgettable experiences that elevate both client spaces and brand identities.

Your Role

As a Gallery Consultant, you will focused on our B2B art projects, working closely with clients to understand their aesthetic vision, objectives, and space requirements. You’ll be part of our creative team who guides business clients through the process of selecting and installing artwork, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience from consultation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact cold leads through phone, email, and in-person visits to set up meetings for onsite consultations.
• Lead consultations with business clients to understand their goals, aesthetic preferences, and space requirements.
• Assist with recommending artwork that aligns with both client vision and our branding strategy.
• Work with creative team assisting in coordinate logistics for artwork installations, including site visits, measurements, and scheduling.
• Assist with the installation process and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or additional needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for art and design with a strong creative sense and keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport and collaborate with clients and team members.
• Experience in sales, marketing, branding, or a client-facing role with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Harleysville, PA before starting work.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
