**Non CDL Driver - Driver Assistant**

In this role, you will work closely with our Drivers and be responsible for assisting with the delivery and merchandising of Swire Coca-Cola products, helping to ensure excellent service to our customers.
**Responsibilities include:**
* Provide support to Drivers on assigned route
* Unload merchandise
* Display and rotate products according to company standards
* Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way within the assigned loading dock area.
* Provide excellent customer service & maintain customer relationships
* Retrieve company property & assets as needed
**Requirements:**
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* 0-1 year of general work experience
* Valid drivers license required, and MVR must meet Swires vehicle policy requirements
* Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Ability to operate manual/ powered pallet jack or hand truck
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
**Position Details:**
Base pay range $19.00 to $21.00. Pay offered will depend on candidates geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
