In this role, you will deliver expert nursing care to patients in their residences, guided and overseen by a Registered Nurse. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the needs and care of patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensure: Completion of an accredited practical nursing program is required. Equivalent educational experience and successful licensure may also be considered. You are responsible for securing and maintaining a valid LPN license in the state where you will be practicing, adhering to all State Board of Nursing regulations. A valid driver's license is also necessary.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Certification(s): Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification(s): Depending on the specific position or unit, certain certifications may be required, or you may need to obtain them within a designated timeframe. These may include:
  • IV Certification within the first year of employment.
  • Other unit-specific certifications as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• The role necessitates the ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged standing and walking are essential during each shift.
• Tasks will require gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
