Our client is a dynamic and innovative live events production company known for creating unforgettable experiences. They are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Live Events Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project management for live events, from initial planning to execution and post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, requirements, and expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful event delivery.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of all event elements.
• Manage and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time decisions to ensure the success of live events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess project success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the live events industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful events.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and problem-solve on the spot.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with event production technologies and equipment.
• Experience with virtual and hybrid event formats.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in event management.
