Eagles Mere Country Club is seeking a dynamic, personable Lead Bartender to oversee our bar program and provide exceptional service to members and guests. This role blends hands-on bartending with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to shape the beverage experience in a vibrant private club setting. Success in this position looks like: maintaining a lively, welcoming bar atmosphere, delivering consistently high-quality service, and mentoring seasonal staff to uphold club standards. As part of our Food & Beverage team, the Lead Bartender plays a key role in enhancing the member experience and supporting the club’s reputation for excellence.
