What Youll Do: Be the Ultimate Game-Changer
- Lead with Fire: Take the helm as the main coach for D1 membership workouts, D1-on-1, small group personal training, and team sessions. Bring the energy with proper attire, pump-up music, and LOUD, passionate coaching that fires up every athlete. Nail those coaching cues, keep the tempo high, and make every transition seamlesslike a perfectly executed play!
- Build Your Dream Team: Mentor and train your coaching squad through high-energy staff meetings, continuing education, and program reviews. Get every coach Level 1 Certified the D1 Way and ready to dominate. Youll mold them into champions who deliver results and inspire athletes daily.
- Inspire Every Athlete: Create a electrifying, positive environment where every athlete feels unstoppable. Tailor movements to fit each individual, reduce injury risk with flawless technique, and align every athlete with the perfect program to smash their goals.
- Own the Process: Lead First Training Assessments (FTAs), set bold goals, and build tight-knit relationships with athletes to keep them motivated and coming back for more. Your personal investment in their journey will drive unmatched client retention.
- Keep It Sharp: Oversee quality control with regular audits and feedback to ensure every session meets D1s world-class standards. Maintain a pristine, organized training space with top-notch equipmentbecause champions train in championship facilities.
- Take the Spotlight: Lead the charge at marketing events like competitions and combines, showcasing D1s energy to the surrounding community and rallying new athletes to join the movement.
- Shape the Future: Share game-changing feedback and epic success stories with the D1 Home Office to keep our programming elite and our brand soaring.
What You Bring To The Team:
- Certifications: Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification and at least one NCCA-accredited certification. Level 1 Certified the D1 Way (or ready to earn it). Preference is a CSCS.
- Experience: At least 1 year of strength and conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training settingsbring your A-game!
- Education: Bachelors degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
- Energy & Leadership: A contagious passion for training athletes of all ages (7 to adult), expertise in strength, speed, and nutrition, and the ability to rally a room with high-energy coaching and top-tier customer service.
- Mindset: A leader who thrives on adapting programs to individual needs, keeping athletes safe, and pushing them to new heights. Youre organized, driven, and ready to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and community events.

At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the worlds best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout, every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
