Overview:

Join our team as a General Manager and lead the exceptional guest experience at our boutique hotel. As the GM, you'll oversee all operational aspects, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality in a unique and intimate setting. Responsibilities:


-Lead and manage day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and other departments.
-Uphold the highest guest service standards, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
-Foster a positive work environment, inspiring and leading a team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
-Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability while maintaining cost controls.
-Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
-Oversee marketing initiatives, collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales and brand awareness.
-Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and local community stakeholders.
-Maintain the property's physical appearance and functionality to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in boutique hotels or luxury accommodations.
• Proven track record of successful team leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred but not required).

salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year benefits:
