- Valid OSHA 10 required; (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Residential solar installation experience, required
Electrician - Field - Valid Residential Wireman, Journeyman Electrician, or Master Electrician license required.
- 5+ years of electrical experience; 2 years of solar electrical experience preferred.
- Ability to read electrical blueprints
Service Technician - Field - Prior solar installation experience required
- Valid Apprentice Electrician license required
- OSHA 10 Required
Inspection Technician - Field - Hold a Part 107 FAA certification for drone operation or attain one within 60 days.
- Maintain OSHA 10 certification.
- Possess a valid Apprentice Electrician license or attain one within 60 days
Inspections Coordinator - Field/In-Office - 3+ years of residential electrical or solar installation experience.
- Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrical license preferred
- NABCEP Installer or Certificate of knowledge is strongly preferred

Scheduling - In-Office - 1-2 years prior scheduling/project management experience.
- Prior solar/construction experience is strongly preferred.
- Must have Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office experience.

Additional Requirements: Any candidates applying to the positions labeled "Field" will need to possess a valid Driver's License and meet these physical requirements: * Ability to withstand heights, be on roofs, and climb ladders
* Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs routinely
* Ability to bend, stretch, squat, and lift
* Ability to work in 30-100+ degree weather, as well as in wet and dry conditions
