Deluxe is excited to offer a paid Summer Internship Program for students seeking a challenging, meaningful, and supportive internship experience in the area of Finance. This opportunity will replicate the experience of a full time Deluxe Financial Analyst, giving you the chance to apply your knowledge in a real-world corporate environment. - Assist with month-end financial reporting, including participating in presenting the results to key business partners.
- Assist with the forecasting cycle, updating required models and making recommendations for outgoing periods.
- Provide general financial support, to both internal finance team members and business partners.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of analysis, forecasts, and results commentary through partnership with the business teams.
- Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team.
Program Details:
- 10 week in-office paid assignment.
- In person on Day 1 orientation includes a tour of the site, overview of the company and welcome message from senior leaders.
- Professional development from dedicated program manager and peer mentors.
- Small, selective program that allows for more focused attention and support.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors in progress in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sound analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset.
- Basic understanding of GAAP and able to understand financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individual who is focused and results oriented.
Compensation The compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 hourly. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
