The ideal candidate will work closely with families to provide support, resources, and guidance to help them navigate various challenges. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to improving the well-being of families in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between families and community resources, ensuring access to necessary services.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to families facing challenges.
- Conduct assessments to identify family needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Facilitate workshops and informational sessions on relevant topics for families.
- Collaborate with social service agencies, schools, and other organizations to advocate for family needs.
- Maintain accurate records of family interactions and services provided.
- Stay informed about community resources and services available to families.

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
