Are you an experienced Enrolled Agent with a keen focus on corporate tax matters? We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our team, specializing in our Corporate Division. If you have a comprehensive understanding of Ultra Tax through Thomson Reuters and a proven track record in business tax returns, we invite you to apply and be a vital part of our success.

Responsibilities:

-Tax Returns Expertise: Prepare and review tax returns for businesses (1120, 1120C, 1120F, 1120S, 1065, and 1041) with precision and accuracy.
-Tax Research: Stay abreast of the latest tax laws and regulations, conducting thorough research to provide informed and strategic advice.
-Audit Support: Assist clients during tax audits and represent them before the IRS when necessary.
-Financial Record Accuracy: Perform account reconciliation and analysis, ensuring the precision of financial records.
-Collaboration: Work closely with clients' accountants or bookkeepers, fostering seamless integration of tax strategies with overall financial management.

Qualifications:

Certification: Enrolled Agent certification is required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Tax Expertise: Strong knowledge of tax accounting principles and practices.
Software Proficiency: 100% familiarity with Ultra Tax through Thomson Reuters; experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
Analytical Skills: Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills for precise financial management.
Asset Management: Experience in asset management or financial planning is a plus.

Job Type:

Full-time with amazing benefits

Schedule: Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Hourly Rate: $25 per hour with the potential for hire after a successful review.
