Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Effectively set up and operate CNC machines using the applicable control and work holding devices such as vises, fixtures, jaws, collet etc.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering documents
Store and retrieve CNC programs on the company server.
Edit programs at the machine.
Clean and debur parts during the production process.
Perform in process inspection to verify product conformance.
Shift:
Monday-Thursday: 6am-2:30pm
Friday: 5:30am-2pm
Qualifications:
3+ years of CNC Lathe Setup experience and/or operating a five-axis mill-turn CNC machine
Experience working with aluminum, copper, brass, and steel
Experienced interpreting blueprints, drawings, specs, and routers is required
Maintain accurate dimensional tolerances based on drawings is required
Ability to lift or push 50 pounds or more with assistance
