Adecco Medical & Science is hiring remote Clinical Pharmacists! This role remote/work from home.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Pay: $71 to $73 an hour
Responsibilities of the Pharmacist:
· Oversee and direct Pharmacy Technicians supporting medication related gap closure for diabetes, hypertension, and statin quality measures.
· Coordinate with Nurse Supervisor related to ongoing medication related gap closure opportunities.
· Conduct comprehensive medication reviews with eligible Medicare population to close STAR gaps
· Address medication adherence issues, statin use in diabetics gap, statin use in persons with cardiovascular disease gap and other medication related STAR/HEDIS gaps for Medicare population.
Qualifications for the Pharmacist:
· BS Pharm or Pharm D degree from an accredited college or university
· Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in any state
