Chicago Executive Flight School is a rapidly growing flight school and looking for Full and Part Time Flight Instructors to join our Family. Chicago Executive Flight School has been providing top level flight instruction to the Chicago area since 1992. Responsibilities:
- Conduct flight training sessions for students, including ground instruction and in-flight training
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of student training and progress
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Data analysis skills to assess student performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Experience working with military personnel is a plus
