We are looking for an energetic and optimistic , Campus Executive Chef to lead our Culinary team, known for its commitment to high standards, small batch cooking with freshly prepared food in a multi-unit account.

The pay for this position pays $ 85,000-$95,000

Position Requirements:

• Passion for food and experience with purchasing and menu development, food cost, production and forecasting.
• Experience managing high sales, high profile operations, sanitation, food safety and standards
• A highly results-oriented, articulate, decisive, self-starter who energizes people around them and works well with little supervision
• Ability to build relationships by actively listening and responding to the client's needs
• Experience in a culinary management position is required with ability to lead and direct others for results.
• Adaptable to changing business conditions
• Comfortable dealing with fast-paced environments
• Have culinary degree or comparable experience
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications

Typical Duties & Responsibilities:

• Achieves culinary operational principles established by client for healthy dining
• Meets culinary financial objectives and ensures adherence to an annual budget
• Develops recipes and portion specifications by understanding consumer tastes and nutritional needs; anticipates emerging food and dining trends
• Oversees food preparation while providing culinary leadership in all foodservice outlets; oversees portion control, productivity, and establishes presentation standards
• Improves menu quality and consistency by analyzing food production records and menu expenses; promotes guest's interest in quality improvement
• Prepares menu and food production reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing food, dining, and customer data and trends
