Job Description

The Kings County District Attorney’s Office serves Brooklyn’s 2.8 million residents and is New York City’s busiest prosecutor’s office. Under the leadership of District Attorney Eric Gonzalez, our office is recognized nationally for its modern, community-centered approach to prosecution, grounded in fairness, integrity, accountability, and public trust. The Kings County District Attorney’s Office is undertaking a major hiring initiative and actively recruiting both new and experienced attorneys to join one of the largest and most dynamic prosecution offices in the country. Salary commensurate with experience. $85,000 Non-admitted. $90,000 admitted to Max $152,000. Residency Requirement: New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment.
