Catalyst Consulting Group, LLC is looking to add to our team of accounting/tax professionals. Our growing CPA firm in Green Bay offers a variety of financial, tax, payroll, and consulting services to a broad range of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and preparing financial statements
• Business consulting and accounting
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Responding efficiently and timely to client needs and inquiries
• Providing client solutions to related issues

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
• CPA license
• Minimum 4 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient use of computer applications and accounting software
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and standards
• Ability to communicate with clients and staff, effectively and professionally
• High level of confidentiality, organization, focus and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Individual who enjoys working with business owners and making a difference in their daily operations
